SCALE Project Staff Starts LANN+ Training of Trainers (TOT)
The SCALE component of the PSAVE project has today 17 February 2025 commenced three days of Training of Trainers (TOT) on the LANN+ (Linking Agriculture and Natural Resource Management towards Nutrition Security) concept.
This innovative approach links sustainable farming practices directly to nutrition outcomes, helping communities improve their food security while ensuring that agricultural practices contribute to better health.
The training aims to create a ripple effect, enabling participants to train local farmers and community members to adopt sustainable practices that benefit both the environment and health outcomes.
The project team will roll out the training to all operational communities in Bombali and Tonkolili districts.
Esther Rosa Mansaray a Nutritionist and Haja Sorie Conteh a value chain officer are two facilitators with extensive experience in the LANN+ concept.
