This project is funded by the UK-based organization Feed the Mind, and consists of two components.

Firstly, it aims to improve literacy and numeracy for adults in villages in Bombali and Tonkolili District.

The other component focuses on alternative education for marginalised youth aged 18 to 35. These young people have not completed secondary school as they lack sufficient financial means to continue their education. As part of the EncompasE project they develop skills in entrepreneurship and IT which allows them to start their own business
