Entrepreneurship Program

At the Youth Training and Service Centre (YTSC), our flagship program focuses on Entrepreneurship, where MADAM partners with various local institutions in Makeni. This initiative is designed for youth who have completed their vocational skills training but lack the entrepreneurial skills necessary to launch their own businesses. By equipping young people with these essential skills, we empower them to become independent entrepreneurs and generate employment opportunities within their communities.

Our trainers not only support aspiring entrepreneurs but also provide training for educators at partner institutions. This enables them to independently teach the entrepreneurship curriculum. This collaborative approach enhances the reach and impact of our program, fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
